Our Dangerous Goods Transport Services
WinWin Express excels in the transport of dangerous goods, such as batteries, chemicals, and gases. Thanks to our IATA certification and trained team, we ensure safe transport in compliance with international standards.
Although the transport of dangerous goods may seem complex, it is simplified with WinWin Express: just pay attention to packaging, MSDS and DGD documents, and confirm in advance with the airline if the type of goods is accepted.
Dangerous Goods Transport Process
1. Confirmation of UN Number and Category
We determine if your products (batteries, chemicals, gases, etc.) are dangerous goods, identifying: the UN number (e.g., UN3480), the category (Class 1-9), and packing instructions (e.g., PI965).
2. Document Preparation
We prepare the necessary documents: ✅ Safety Data Sheet (MSDS, latest version) ✅ IATA-compliant Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD), signed by trained personnel ✅ Transport document/waybill in the required format ✅ For lithium batteries: UN38.3 reports and 1.2 m drop test.
3. Packaging and Labeling
We use UN-certified packaging, with: UN marking, category labels (e.g., Class 9), technical name in English, and handling labels (e.g., ‘Cargo Aircraft Only’).
4. Security Check and Declaration
The goods undergo a professional security check (X-ray or EDD) and are declared by a qualified agent at cargo terminals (e.g., FRA, CDG, AMS).
5. Acceptance and Transport by Airline
We check airline restrictions (e.g., passenger aircraft or cargo only, prior approval required by DHL, AF, LH) and ensure loading compliant with standards.
